Orders delayed by strikes and Christmas.
One order was so delayed that I resent the order while making a lost parcel claim from the Post Office (see the following image). As it happens, the parcel arrived after I posted the replacement order, hence you see a delivered parcel and an in-transit parcel. It took 20 days to be delivered. So please be patient if your parcel has not arrived within 20 days while all the postal strikes are going on. The tracking service is displayed using Pacific Standard time, 8 hours behind the UK, so the parcel was delivered at 12:50 pm UK time, not 4:51 am UK time! As an alternative, I have added Evri as a delivery method.
